This is a poster created for the International Conference on City Sciences, held in Chille every year. The conference focuses on the future of our cities and who will be using them, which is represented in the use of hands literally building the city. I really wanted to focus on the 'future of our cities being in your hands,' rather than the city itself. Another inspiration for this poster was the light, with the main hand coming down almost like its about to strike a match. I wanted this to convey that while our present cities have many problems, our future generations have the ability to bring light back into our cities.
